Fireworks Committee
Each year in spring, the Association’s Fireworks Committee meets with the local fireworks wholesalers and test “Safe & Sane” fireworks for compliance performance before they are permitted for sale over the Fourth of July holiday.
Fire Safety Workshops
Our flagship fire safety workshops offered for early childhood development teachers, pre-school teachers, and child care providers on teaching fire safety behaviors. We provide innovative themes and learning materials for preschool age fire & life safety lessons.
Youth Firesetting Intervention Program
Regionalized programs throughout Nevada provide standardized, proven intervention services to prevent fire injuries, death, and destruction. Components include accountability, fire-safety education, consequences, homework, and a network of resources and referrals.
